Timothy M. Manganello (born 1950)[1] is an American automotive business person. He is currently the chief executive officer and chairman of BorgWarner.[2][3]

Manganello graduated in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan in 1972.[1][4] In addition he holds a masters degree in mechanical engineering from University of Michigan in 1975.[1][4] He also attended Harvard Business School in the course of Advanced Management Program.[4]
He began his automotive career at Chrysler Corporation in engineering management areas.[5] He also worked in sales for PT Components-LinkBelt.[5] Manganello became chief executive officer of BorgWarner back in 2003. Previously he has held senior positions within the company since 1989.[6]
